    I'm afraid I exhausted my small literary criticism ability earlier in the thread, so I'll just reiterate that I'm enjoying the story greatly. I don't see Tetha joining the order but I'm looking forward to seeing her pop up in Nerim's life along the way.

    Ha! Not the direction I expected that to go in. I'd give the win to Tetha though for that first hit to the torso. The description didn't specify how centre mass it was but I think it would have taken Nerim out of the fight for sure if the blade was in battle mode.

    This was very enjoyable to read. Nerim's attitude to the force makes him feel as if a normal person had been dropped into his role - sure the force exists, but does it really exist for me? Thread watched, hopefully you have some more time in the future to write for this.
