That all well and good, but there's writing some set up and then there's getting stuck...

    Personally, I feel like the chapter was by and large unnecessary, or at least should have been a pice of a larger chapter as opposed to a whole chapter on its own, as nothing of note happens. Sam is tense, Dean is okay and the MC is still lurking in the background not really interacting with...

    I kinda forgot about this since its been so long, but a quick reread got me back up to snuff pretty quickly. This seems like good set up to me, I wouldn't mind seeing more of his magic and his growth there but aaide from that I can't think of anything lacking!
