    I'm not really clear on the mechanics, here the charms gives "soul strain" to simulate XP debt. If I undestand things correctly (never played, I know it only through fics and wikis) in exalted the xp debt can be paid back in time ( sooner if you do epic things I imagine). How does it work here...

    I think the limit is that they cannot get into Creation if they are not summoned, but Earth Bet isn't Creation.
