Due to issues with external spam filters, QQ is currently unable to send any mail to Microsoft E-mail addresses. This includes any account at live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com.
Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.
Since it has happened MULTIPLE times now, I want to be very clear about this. You do not get to abandon an account and create a new one. You do not get to pass an account to someone else and create a new one. If you do so anyway, you will be banned for creating sockpuppets.
Due to the actions of particularly persistent spammers and trolls, we will be banning disposable email addresses from today onward.
Or, it could ensure that the next time they fuck around, they won't hold back, because the consequences are going to be high regardless.
This is an old, well-tread philosophical debate. Usually brought but in regards to war. You could end up with a situation like the U.S. and Japan. Or, you...
I don't know how much time you put into writing, so this is an uninformed opinion, but 60 hours feels disproportionate. I have quit games over losing much less progress than that.
To be honest, I'm not entirely sure what the problem is here. Is it just a conflict with the Current Politics rule? I would have figured that religious extremists are an issue that get a pass on account of having existed for more than 20 years.
If we're keeping to the original themes of Youjo Senki somewhat, I bet Lelouch puts a geass on her at some point and then there's a whole background thing of Tanya trying to kill him for the sheet audacity of it.
I kinda hope it doesn't go that way though. But that's still a year or so off.
On the living things debate, insects don't count, right? I'm remembering scenes where Skitter gets headaches when Vista fucks with space where her bugs are, but that could just be fanon. Either way, Manton restrictions don't seem to care about bugs since Oni Lee clones the bugs too.
Which is...
Keep in mind that Manton limitations are completely arbitrary. The only reason why they exist is to 1.) not overwhelm the user and 2.) force the user to get creative in their power use so that the shards can grow. Oh, and 3.) so they won't be able to threaten the two space-whales, which is why...
Considering that Vista triggered due to family stress (something about parents getting divorced?) I'd say that she doesn't consider her power as a weapon, but more as a way to 'get away' from everything.
How about....we stick to canon facts?
A lot of the time period arguments are reliant on RL history which has to take the Dark Ages into account, which only happened because the Fall of Rome. ZnT/FoZ may be based on a RL time period, but it got there through different ways.
The technology...
